Have you ever felt like you are stuck in your faith; desiring to grow deeper in your relationship with Jesus but unsure of how to do it? Gather with women from across the Vegas valley as we learn together how to lean into Jesus with everything we’ve got.

FAQ:

What’s a Pre-Party?: It's a completely FREE gathering between 6:00 - 7:00 PM for early check-in, small bites, access to shop at our Boutique, first dibs on seating, and a chance to catch up with all your girls before the conference begins!

What do I do for lunch?: You have 1.5 hours to enjoy conversation and connection with friends you came with or with new friends you’ve made.  Before the conference, we will provide you with a list of local lunch options if you aren’t familiar with the area.

SPEAKERS

  • Vanessa Hartsell is the founder and executive director of Ignite Life, the parent organization behind CRAVE and events like the Refres(her) Women’s Conference.

    Vanessa is a dynamic speaker, author and leadership trainer who is passionate about world change! She has been speaking professionally for the past 13 years throughout the US. Originally from Michigan; Vanessa calls Las Vegas, Nevada her home.

    Vanessa has a heart for people to grow in intimacy with Christ. She is passionate about transforming potential into action. At the age of 24, Vanessa founded her ministry, Ignite Life, with the mission to equip, empower, and mobilize women to be the spark that ignites change in the world for the sake of Christ. Out of her desire to mobilize women in the Church, 1 small conference gave birth to a movement of Christian women. Although this ministry is a huge priority in her life, her first ministry to is to her family. Vanessa has been married to her “prince” Evan, for 12 years and her life is filled with joy and chaos raising her three children (Owen, 10; Ethan, 8; Charlotte, 6).

  • Robin Smith has a passion for equipping people to see their strengths and to lead with their unique God given gifts. Robin has always had a strong tie to her church, community and work. That tie is in the form of relationships. Her greatest joy is to do life together, encouraging, strengthening and challenging each other to be their very best and reach their full potential.

    Robin has recently launched RS Focus Consulting, where she is able to invest in people with a unique focus on women leading non-profit ministries. Through her consulting firm, Robin is able to walk with others through one-on-one coaching with a focus on leadership and personal development, staff & board development, customized trainings and public speaking. Robin has 37+ years of non-profit leadership experience and her heart’s desire is to share what she has learned to help others reach their potential and accomplish their ministry goals.

    Robin has contracted with Ignite Life to assist them with training and development. Robin says her relationship with Ignite Life is like a Reese’s peanut butter cup, the perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter, two things she loves. She feels her role with Ignite Life is the perfect combination for her of her skills and her passion – she loves being able to intentionally invest in the lives of the women and Ignite Life!

    Robin’s professional career includes work in the following arenas: non-profits, higher education, and the church. Some of the positions she has held were Executive Director, Program Director, Director of Retention and Student Success, Instructor, and Pastor. In each of these roles, Robin has always made it a priority to help her staff, community partners, students and clients not only see their potential, but overcome the obstacles standing in the way of them reaching their potential.

    Robin and her husband Homer have been married since 1986 and currently reside in Henderson, NV. They attend the ChurchLV and they enjoy God’s creation by hiking, walking, or simply enjoying the sun with a good book. They have two children and four grandchildren. Robin holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, Michigan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, also from Spring Arbor University.

  • DeMuriel King is a first a lover of Jesus. She’s a preacher and prayer warrior. She now calls Las Vegas her hometown after graduating from UNLV and living near her family there for almost 20 years. She is known as a dynamic and passionate ministry leader who has shared the message of hope and faith in song, prayer and teaching as a traveling evangelist. With a heart for deep and rich faith-filled relationships, DeMuriel has made a significant impact through various avenues of ministry. She and her husband Pastor Fabian call themselves “Aquila and Priscilla”, as they inspire and empower individuals and ministry leaders to step into their God-given potential and foster growth, development and innovation within ministries and communities.

    Beyond her ministry endeavors, DeMuriel works in the banking industry in a role of leadership, is a devoted wife and a mother to three incredible kids, Silas, Hazel and Jayce “JC”.

  • Neena Ratner loves Jesus, being a wife to her dream guy for 12 years, and a Mom to 4 incredible little boys ages 2, 4, 6, 8 and another boy on the way! They are thrilled to have a starting 5 squad and love this crazy, wild, and best season. She also co-planted Walk Church in Las Vegas 8 years ago alongside her husband Heiden and loves being a ministry leader on the executive team, pastors wife and First Lady of the church. She has a huge heart for people to be set free to walk in Jesus and has been so honored to see many come to Know Him and walk out their faith. She also has a passion for children and families to discover God’s great love for them and is the Kids Ministry Director at Walk. Neena holds the role of being the Planter Spouse Advocate for their church planting Network in Las Vegas, Send. It is a true joy for her to be able to care for wives and women who are involved in church planting and help them in an intentional way.

    It is a special season where God has provided land for them to build a permanent facility for Walk in the next couple years and with big dreams in Neena and her husbands heart, they hope to build a basketball gym, multi-faceted facility, and a preschool and daycare to engage the city they love and reach more people, even people just like them who grew up not knowing Jesus but are now walking in His grace and calling on their lives!

  • Pastor Lindsey Bosma is a creative and compelling leader, communicator, and pastor. In February of 2017, she and her husband, Jeremy, launched Avenue Church in her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Whether she is ministering on Sunday morning, adding special elements to a project, or developing leaders and teams, she does everything with a contagious joy and great attention to detail. She absolutely loves being a wife, mom, Christian leader, and lifelong learner. She has been married to Jeremy for 16 years and is mama to 2 adventurous boys, ages 12 and 6.

  • Rosie is most passionate about women knowing Jesus and believes that one of life's greatest joys is being allowed to walk alongside women as they are discovering who the Lord has created them to be, helping them to redefine their stories in God-honoring ways. Rosie is a counselor by trade and has served in the mental health field for the last 13 years. Rosie serves as the executive director at Refuge for Women Las Vegas where she gets the privilege of serving women who have been sexually exploited. Rosie feels especially passionate about stepping into crisis situations and helping to create clarity and order. Rosie's hope is that mental health would be an area that the church is equipped to deal with and come alongside. Rosie and her husband Ricky have been married for 12 years and have two little people, Tripp and Rhian.

  • Because Jesus uses the fisherman, tax collector and water-gathering woman to share the best stories, He has called Sara Jessa to speak His truth from a layman’s life. In this season, Sara is learning to serve her husband of nearly 20 years, nurture a pair of amazing teenagers, and passionately pursue Jesus into a “faith-rest” life. Sara’s magnetic energy invites friends and strangers alike to “want what she’s having”… more Jesus!
